Cancer survivors and supporters in communities all around the globe will come together on Sunday, June 4th to honor the 30th annual <\/span>National Cancer Survivors Day \u00ae<\/a><\/span> (NCSD). Each year, the first Sunday of June is dedicated to recognizing cancer survivors, celebrating life, and raising awareness of the challenges survivors and their families face.<\/span>

\n<\/span>There\u2019s no question that cancer affects everyone. With more than 15.5 million people in the U.S. and more that 32 million worldwide living with cancer today*, everyone knows someone whose life has been touched by cancer. <\/span><\/p>\n

The National Cancer Survivors Day Foundation offers free education, guidance, and networking to hundreds of medical facilities, support groups, and other cancer-related organizations who host NCSD events within their communities. Through National Cancer Survivors Day \u00ae, the Foundation\u2019s works to improve cancer survivors\u2019 quality of life by raising awareness of the ongoing challenges they face.<\/p>\n
