His Grace Disability Journey Inc

His Grace Disability Journey, Inc. is a nonprofit organization that provides Support, Educational & Fun Activities to Children & Adults with developmental disabilities and their families. Together we are empowering them to help their children grow to their fullest potential. Our goal is to educate children, families, and volunteers through Support Group meetings and Community Inclusion. Our Support Group brings “seasoned” parents alongside parents with newly diagnosed or younger children. We occasionally offer workshops that assist parents on their educational journey. Our Family Fun Days bring families together for activities such as: roller skating, bowling, and park visits. Our Objective/Goals: * Strengthen and educate children and adults with developmental disabilities through communication, education, referral services and social interaction. * Encourage families to become active participants within their community and educate others around them. * Assist children and adults with disabilities to grow to their fullest potential. We are really proud of our efforts and progress as we eagerly move forward in providing our much needed services to the community. With continued support, we believe that these children will have a much brighter future and that these families will make a greater impact on our community. Together, We're making a difference!
