Since 1955, Opportunities Unlimited of Niagara, the Niagara County chapter of NYSARC, Inc. (formerly the New York State Association for Retarded Children), has become the agency of choice for people of all ages – from newborns to seniors – with intellectual and other developmental disabilities and their families by providing results-oriented individualized programs and services. The Opportunities Unlimited of Niagara Foundation sustains the vision of the parents and families seeking choices and quality services for their family members by providing a long-term source of necessary financial support to the largest not-for-profit human services agency in Niagara County.
