About Cancer Fitness Institute
CancerFit offers six-month exercise programs to adult cancer survivors. The program is open to adults of all ages and fitness levels. The program is currently run at 14 recreation centers across Colorado. The fitness program includes flexibility, cardiovascular and strength training. Participants are both men and women who have survived every type of cancer.
