About Harambee Foundation
The Harambee Foundation is a US based 501(3c) non-profit. The Harambee Foundation supports the Manyara Holistic Centre (MAHOCE) in Babati, Tanzania and has rescued over 100 orphaned, impoverished and street children during the past 10 years. MAHOCE is the only organization of its kind, serving a population of over 100,000. The Centre provides food, housing, clothing, medical care, counseling and an all-important education to the children. Right now we are in need of 3 ½ acres of land to satisfy a government regulation for Children’s Homes. Please consider helping us continue to serve children in need. Thank you!
