About Mid Atlantic Border Collie Rescue - MABCR
Mid-Atlantic Border Collie Rescue (MABCR), formerly known as Kent County Border Collie Rescue (KCBCR) is a not-for-profit organization that is run by volunteers. We currently serve the following states; Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Virginia and West Virgina plus the District of Columbia. Fundamentally, Mid-Atlantic Border Collie Rescue is a haven for Border Collies and dogs of the Herding group that have been discarded, neglected, abandoned or stray.
