Theo Art School

Theo Art School is the only year-round art school in the area that offers fine arts classes for children, teens and adults. Children's art classes emphasize creative problem-solving and experimentation with a variety of media. Theo Art School has a history of helping students of all ages from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds develop self-esteem, artistic imagination and higher levels of achievement. Theo Art School is a private, non-profit 501©(3) organization. Less than half of Theo Art School's income comes from tuition. Since the school's inception in 1992, many local organizations and individuals have contributed funds that have allowed Theo Art School to offer scholarships and free classes to at-risk and challenged children and adults and to keep class tuition reasonable, so families can afford art classes along with other economic demands. Theo Art School also encourages students to pursue their dreams of art and offers financial help to those in need.
