Support for Families with Special Needs Children

We Are Special Inc is a non-profit organization that provides support to parents of special needs children through programs and services that provide work life balance and quality of life services for both parents and children. We Are Special was founded by Lesley Sedgwick, the parent of an amazing little boy born with a rare neuro-muscular condition called Moebius Syndrome. As a special needs advocate for parents and inclusion, Lesley founded We Are Special to provide non-traditional support services to parents like herself.
