Adidas aims to create between 15 and 20 million pairs of shoes using Parley Ocean Plastic in 2020 and are working with them to develop a sports shoe with the lowest ever carbon footprint. Additionally, Adidas is aiming to use 100% recycled polyester in its products by 2024.
