Details: We ship via FedEx Ground, UPS, or USPS (our choice) within the 48 contiguous states. Orders shipped outside the 48 contiguous states into AK, HI and all US Territories (with the exception of Guam which is handled as International) are shipped by FedEx, UPS or the USPS (United States Postal Service), depending on the level of service you require. Air express service is available via FedEx and UPS, however payment of order and freight charges must be secured in advance via credit card. Orders shipping to Tennessee addresses are shipped freight prepaid, FOB Shipping Point. All other orders are shipped freight prepaid, FOB Destination. Buyer agrees to pay all freight charges on orders.

Details: Shipping is calculated at the check-out page on the total of merchandise. In our experience this allowance covers shipping for the majority of products on the majority of orders however products that are heavy or dimensional may incur some shipping charges. Drop Shipped (Factory Direct), Custom Printed, Special quotations, Sale goods, or close-out products may not qualify for Flat Rate or Shipping Allocations and are subject to be shipped FOB point of origin. A nominal handling charge is applied to all orders, even those with Flat Rate or Shipping Allowances. Residential addresses incur the normal residential delivery surcharge of $2.75 in addition to any shipping charges including flat rate or shipping allocation. Orders under $150 receive our low shipping rates typically via FedEx Ground which incorporates our volume discounts. All shipments are based on Dimensional Weight of the merchandise, which may be more than actual weight. Expedited shipping services and/or other carriers are available at normal rates, contact customer service for help.
