Do I have to pay a carrier surcharge on my free shipping order?

Can I expedite my shipping?
Yes. To expedite your shipping, you need to call 1-800-888-0321 during business hours before you place your order. Hobby Lobby only offers expedited delivery for some products and street addresses within the 48 contiguous United States.
Hobby Lobby offers Fed Ex Priority Overnight Delivery and FedEx 2 Day Delivery. Prices for Priority Overnight Delivery start at $24.95, and the shipping fee for 2 Day Delivery starts at $22.95.

Where won’t Hobby Lobby ship?
Hobby Lobby no longer ships to Alaska, Hawaii, US-Territories, or APO/FPO Military bases. Also, Hobby Lobby does not accept international orders and does not provide international shipping.
How can I return a Hobby Lobby online purchase?
You have 90 days to return your item and get a refund. If your order is under $250, you can return your order either in-store or by shipping your order back.
Hobby Lobby classes most orders over $250 as bulk orders, and you need to return them to HobbyLobby.com. This excludes big-ticket items where one item itself was over $250. This includes items like furniture or Christmas trees.
When you return your online purchase, you must bring the invoice sent to your email. Hobby Lobby credits the return as a Hobby Lobby gift card. Any Hobby Lobby store cannot handle shipping and/or handling fees. If the item was defective, you could get your shipping fees credited but need to call or email Hobby Lobby.
If you send your item back to HobbyLobby.com, Hobby Lobby will refund your money to the credit card used during purchase.
Do I have to pay to return my order to HobbyLobby.com?
HobbyLobby will only cover your return fees and return your initial shipping fees if the return was damaged, defective, or incorrect. To get your shipping fees covered, call or email Hobby Lobby service representatives so that your shipping can be credited back to you.
